Turnaround time for service is currently approximately: 2 working days (provided parts are in stock)
UPDATE: We are trying our best to find weight equipment, but it’s just not out there at this time. To make it less frustrating, we have hidden all out of stock items that we normally carry. When we have access to some weights, benches and racks, we will update our website with what is available. Our best guess is we won’t have much available before the end May. Stay tuned.
You can shop and buy online for local pickup and delivery. Everything that is in stock is on our website. You can make your selection, order and pay on our secure payment platform. It is possible, that our site will show items in stock that are actually sold out. This rare occurrence happens when someone buys online and within a short time, another person buys in person. We do our best to update the inventory everyday but it can still happen. When this happens you will be notified and a refund will be given along with other options.
If you need service, you can start your work order right on our website. That will immediately put your bike in line for service, and your place will be held until you bring your bike to us, or we will pick it up if you choose delivery service.
