Your RSS feed doesn’t seem to include this page. I use RSS to show me updates to your site — specifically The Master List. It isn’t included.

Yes, that is because we are constantly updating the PDFs and not the article. They are updated every two weeks or so, but no, they will not show up in the RSS.

Trying to update them weekly, if I can remember to do it.

Bill, what do the “***” at the end of the descriptions in the master lists mean?

Excellent question. The “***” indicates the item has been discontinued. Most of these items have been reduced, or there might be some opportunity to get price reductions. There may be several items that are discontinued, without showing *** as we update the files as often as we can, but it is not automatic.

Yes, sure we have lots of grips. Different types and colours.

Is there a master list for fitness equipment?

We aren’t doing one at this time. We have a wide variety of equipment available, usually within one or two days. The equipment we keep in stock is limited to just a few samples. We will be working on the fitness side of our website as soon as the bike season winds down.

How much are your kettlebells for the following weights? 18 lbs, 36 lbs, 55 lbs? Thanks.

They come in purple, red or black. With shipping the cost would be about $440, including tax.

I would like to buy a bike but won’t be in Sydney until Oct 26th will I be to late for the end of year sale.
