Congratulations go out to Paul MacKenzie, for being named the HEAL (Healthy Eating/Active Living) Ambassador. Paul’s effort to whip himself into shape did not go unnoticed. Paul competes in swimming, cycling, running and triathlon. He recently ran the Hypothermic Half Marathon in Halifax. His commute is fueled by apples and bananas, as he chooses to either run or bike to work year ’round.
